Electronic Technician / Customer Service Rep

 

BOSS Telecom Consulting is an Alberta locally owned and operated company Our objective is to continue meeting the rapidly evolving needs of new and expanding business through a consulting relationship / solutions approach. We offer all sizes and types of businesses a comprehensive portfolio of communication solutions enabling us to solve their  business communication problems quickly and efficiently. We are presently seeking a full time Electronic Technician / Customer Service Rep.

 

Duties includes:

-         Technical Sales Support.

-         Scheduling and Dispatching.

-         Customer Service.

-         Project Manager/Estimator.

-         Technical Installation and Maintenance of Telecommunication and IT Systems Including but not limited to Digital & VoIP Phone Systems, Voice Mail System, Computer Systems, Network Switch & Routers, Structured Wiring, Wi-Fi Systems, Internet Services, Alarm Systems, Video Surveillance/Monitoring, Building Access Systems, PA and Sound Systems.

 

Candidate should posses the following:

 

-         Technical background in more than a few area’s covered in the duties section.

-         Excellent organizational skills.

-         Highly motivated punctual and self starter.

-         Excellent customer communication skills.

-         Must be a good self learner in order to keep up with new technologies.

-         Post Secondary education would be an asset but not required.

-         Their own vehicle.
